There is an Annual Membership fee of £10.00 per year starting from 1st April.
(Those joining after 30th September – £5.00)
For each walk attended we also ask for a £2 contribution
New walkers are welcome to join us for two walks before deciding to become a member.

Please also take the time to read our Risk Management Advice Sheet. Each Group member and guest who takes part in a Group walk has a duty of care to safeguard their own safety and that of others including any persons not involved with the Group activity.
Note: All monies we receive goes towards our Group’s running costs. This includes our Public Liability Insurance, First Aid and Navigation training for our walk leaders, stationary & administration, maps & equipment, OS Mapping App, our volunteers ‘out of pocket’ expenses etc. and also to pay for the services of Jackie Barlow as our CEO and Project Co-ordinator.
We are a ‘not for profit’ Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO). Our accounts will be visible to all our members at our AGM which will be held in November each year.
Car Share: We encourage members to car share if possible and recommend that each passenger contributes approximately 10 pence per mile directly to the driver.
